PUEBLO OF POJOAQUE

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

(Tewa for "White Heart") was chosen through collaboration with BH staff and consultation with cultural specialist Cris Velarde. The intention of choosing Tewa words for the naming of our department is to reflect the resilience and culture-based focus of our programs and to assist in the ongoing process of destigmatizing mental health and what it can look like.

P'in Ts'ae

P'in Ts'ae is a collective of healing programs rooted in tradition and culture. We provide supportive services that inspire hope, resilience, and belonging throughout Indigenous lands.
