Our Programs

Path to Wellness

The goal of the project is to improve the treatment outcomes of participants by increasing access to effective evidence-based and cultural treatment and recovery services.

Youth Path to Wellness

The program aims to reduce recidivism, improve treatment outcomes for youth with a substance use disorder, and prevent future substance use.

Domestic Violence Prevention

The Domestic Violence Prevention Program responds to domestic violence, sexual violence, and stalking in the community by providing a caring and supportive system for survivors through primary prevention, community engagement, and collaboration.

R.O.A.D

The R.O.A.D program is built on principles of harm reduction, non-judgment, and autonomy to support a healthy lifestyle.

Youth Empowerment Program

The Youth Empowerment Program is a youth-led project that aims to reduce suicidal behavior and substance use among Native youth up to 24 years old.

RIO Program

The Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program expands access to medication-assisted treatment services for individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD).
