The Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program expands access to medication-assisted treatment services for individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD). MAT is a treatment approach that combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to provide a comprehensive treatment for substance use disorders. The MAT program is funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration Medication Assisted Treatment – Prescription Drug and Opioid grant.
