Path to Wellness Treatment Expansion

Participation in the Path to Wellness program is determined by the Pueblo of Pojoaque courts. The Path to Wellness Treatment Expansion Project is funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The goal of the program is to improve the treatment outcomes of participants by increasing access to effective evidence-based and cultural treatment and recovery services.

    • Case management

    • Recovery support groups

  • Alnon - Support groups for family, spouses, and friends of someone suffering from a substance use disorder
